When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

  • Store information: Store name, store URL, contact email
  • Product catalog details: Product name, product IDs, image, product URL, inventory

Additionally, we collect:

  • Registration information from merchants: Name, business email
  • Information about individuals who subscribe to back-in-stock alerts: Name, email address

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using technologies such as cookies.

We retain customer subscription data until the notification has been delivered or until the customer unsubscribes. Merchant account information is retained while the App is active and for a reasonable period thereafter unless deletion is requested.
